Project 4

For my Fourth project in adobe after effects, using the motion tracker, I wanted to express what I believe a dog would be thinking in everyday life. this has been something that has always interested me in thinking about what pets would think about. I created a series of thought bubbles with various text in them in adobe illustrator and I imported them into adobe after effects. I used the motion tracker and attached the thought bubbles to a null object that was attached to the tracker. I enjoyed this project mainly because I was able to bring more life and personify a dog and create a character in a way. I would like to further explore this type of content in the future and possibly further expand on this by using other pets as well as scout later on.

This is my organization, this organization will help with cleaning plastic out of the ocean. For this logo I also wanted to play around with objects looking like letters, I have the C of the ocean looking like a wave. I also have the transitions in this animation as waves as well.

storyboard

The art style I am going to create is De Stijl. This art form I found interesting because of the use of geometry, in a work of art and was used in a while to make it interesting. I was planing to have shapes move in a variety of ways whether that is growing from a small point or coming in off-screen. I also intended to play with the thicknesses of some of the lines have some thicker than others. The picture underneath of my storyboard is my inspiration picture, I found this and it reminded me a little bit of stained glass.
